Our 30-Day Think it Over Guarantee
If for any reason you don't love your Pack, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. It's that simple. We're confident that our Packs will not only meet your expectations, but exceed them with everyday magic. Please note, returns must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
To complete your return request, email watson@watsonpack.com and we'll be happy to help.
Customized items are eligible for return in unused condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping
All U.S. returns will incur a flat rate $20 return shipping cost. International buyers are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.
Warranty
WATSON is built on the ethos of buying few items that are of lasting quality and design. It is our guarantee that our Packs will perform like new for at least 3 years. We will repair or replace any and all components that do not hold up for any reason. If you need to request an exchange or repair, send us an email at watson@watsonpack.com.
